I know it's been a long time...

but I am back on the coast of California. Peter, Brian (boyfriend), and I drove down in two days earlier this week. It was surprisingly shorter than I remember and we had a very enjoyable ride. We spent Tuesday night at Aunt Debbie's. She is remodeling her kitchen so it was nice to see the progress!

On Wednesday, we moved into my apartment. Both my roommates came on Wednesday so it was a great reunion as well as a work out (mainly for the boys). Walking into the apartment the kitchen is on the left and then the room is opened up to a dining area, fire place, living space with a large TV and great bookshelf. Off to the right is a hallway that leads to my bathroom and bedroom. Kelsey and I are sharing and luckily we have two great closets. Amy gets the master bedroom and Peter and Brian are enjoying the couches. Thursday and Friday we spent at Disneyland bouncing back and forth between California Adventure and Disneyland.

Today, we played some intense volleyball with Debbie's friends and then explored Pepperdine. Peter said he was impressed with the campus, but due to a big renovation going on most of it was closed off and it didn't look too pretty.

I have enjoyed reconnecting with friends here in Malibu by running into them at the store or on campus. I start school on Monday, so hopefully you'll hear from me soon!
